As a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency, PCF Development offers Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Education and Individual Housing Counseling to prepare prospective homebuyers for successful, sustainable homeownership. Our HUD-certified housing counselor provides personalized guidance, financial education, community resources, and an individualized action plan to help you navigate the homebuying process with confidence. Your enrollment in the eHome America course, combined with the required one-on-one housing counseling session, fulfills the homebuyer education requirement of many lenders.
